1. Controller and contact

Mi & My s. r. o. is the controller of personal data when managing user accounts, securing the platform, administering payments, communicating with interested persons and users, and providing optional web analytics.

2. Data entered by organizers

Competition organizers decide which competition, team, team manager and player data they enter into IceLeague. They are responsible for its accuracy, proportionality and lawful collection, including fulfilling information duties towards the persons concerned. IceLeague technically processes this data to provide platform functions according to the organizer's instructions and settings.

3. Categories of processed data

• identification and contact data, especially first name, surname, e-mail, phone number and organization data,
• user account data, roles, permissions and verification or login data,
• sports and competition data, such as team, roster, jersey number, matches, results and statistics,
• billing and transaction data required for payment records; IceLeague does not store full payment card details,
• technical and security data, such as IP address, event logs, login attempts and device data,
• website usage data collected through Google Analytics, only if analytics consent has been given.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• creating an account and providing ordered functions on the basis of contract performance or steps before entering into a contract,
• invoicing, accounting and compliance with legal obligations,
• protecting the service, preventing misuse, handling incidents and defending legal claims on the basis of legitimate interest,
• answering questions, service communication and support related to the service,
• measuring traffic and improving the website through Google Analytics on the basis of consent.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be made available, to the necessary extent, to hosting, infrastructure and e-mail service providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law. Payment data is processed by Revolut to the extent necessary to execute a payment or manage a subscription. Google Analytics processes analytics data only after consent has been given.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the mechanisms required by applicable law for the specific recipient and transfer apply. More information about the mechanism used will be provided on request.

6. Retention period

Account and service data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the period needed to handle requests and protect legal claims. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the periods set by law. Security records are kept only for a period proportionate to the purpose of protecting the platform. Competition data is retained according to the organizer's settings and instructions and the technical needs of the service. Analytics data follows the configured Google Analytics retention period and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Required and optional data

Data marked as required in forms is needed to create an account, provide the relevant function or comply with a legal obligation. Without it, the service may not be possible to provide. Other data is voluntary. Analytics consent is optional and refusing it does not limit basic use of IceLeague.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set by the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You can send a request to info@iceleague.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

9. Analytics and automated decision-making

You can change or withdraw analytics consent through the cookie settings. After withdrawal, Google Analytics will not run on the next page load and the application will try to remove available analytics cookies.

IceLeague does not carry out automated individual decision-making that would have legal effects concerning the user or similarly significantly affect the user.
