Legal Information
Terms of use
Effective from 16 July 2026
1. Service provider
Mi & My s. r. o., Magnezitárska 2919/11A, 040 13 Košice – mestská časť Ťahanovce, IČO: 53151003, DIČ: 2121291447, Nie je platiteľom DPH, web https://iceleague.eu, e-mail info@iceleague.eu (the “provider”).
2. IceLeague service
IceLeague is an online platform for preparing, managing and publishing amateur hockey leagues and tournaments. It supports the management of competitions, seasons, teams, rosters, matches, results, statistics and related roles. The scope of available functions may vary depending on account type, competition status and the selected paid plan.
3. Registration and account security
The user must provide truthful and up-to-date data, protect login credentials and promptly report suspected account misuse. The person using the account is responsible for actions carried out through it, except where liability cannot be transferred by law.
4. Organizer obligations and data accuracy
The organizer is responsible for being authorized to manage the competition and for the accuracy, currency and lawfulness of data entered about competitions, teams, players, managers, matches and results. The organizer must ensure appropriate information is provided to the persons concerned and must not publish data without a legal basis or authorization.
Users must not interfere with other competitions, bypass permissions, manipulate results without authorization or use data in a way that conflicts with the law or the rights of other persons.
5. Prohibited use
- spreading illegal, fraudulent, hateful or harmful content,
- attempting unauthorized access or disrupting the security or availability of the service,
- automated overloading, data extraction or bypassing technical restrictions without consent,
- infringing intellectual property, privacy or personality rights of third parties.
6. Paid activation and subscription
A competition may be prepared before payment. Functions tied to publication and activation are available only after the payment condition is met and activation is manually confirmed by the organizer. A competition is not activated automatically after payment.
The current price, billing period, currency and other payment information are shown before proceeding to payment. Prices are not part of these terms because they are configurable. Payment and subscription are technically processed by Revolut; IceLeague does not store full payment card details.
The subscription is managed according to the period and status shown in the organizer interface and confirmed by the payment provider. If the subscription is awaiting payment, the application allows continuation of the original payment process; it does not create another subscription for the same in-progress payment. If the status is past due or suspended, the existing status must be resolved first. After cancellation, termination or expiry, a new available plan may be selected.
After a subscription expires, the public competition page is hidden. The organizer retains access to administration and may make the competition available again after meeting the payment condition and completing a supported activation step. Subscription termination or its status does not automatically cancel or archive the competition.
Refund conditions, withdrawal or other statutory claims are assessed under applicable law and the specific circumstances. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be contractually excluded.
7. Availability and maintenance
The provider strives for reasonable service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, updates, a security incident, supplier outage or another technical circumstance. Where reasonable and possible, users will be informed of planned limitations.
8. Suspension and termination of access
The provider may reasonably restrict or suspend access in cases of service misuse, security risk, breach of legal regulations or serious breach of these terms. Where circumstances allow, the user will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation.
9. Intellectual property
The software, design, brand and IceLeague's own content are protected by applicable rights. The user retains rights to content lawfully entered by the user and grants the provider permission to process it to the extent necessary to operate and provide the service.
10. Liability
The provider is liable for damage to the extent required by mandatory legal provisions. The provider is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users or for the consequences of its unauthorized use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Suggestions and complaints
Send questions, suggestions or complaints to info@iceleague.eu. Include the data needed to identify the account or competition concerned and a description of the problem. The provider will respond within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the submission and legal obligations.
12. Changes to terms and governing law
The terms may be reasonably updated, especially when the service or legal requirements change. Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner before they take effect, if required by law or by the nature of the change.
Legal relationships are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights or the protection provided by binding legal rules of the consumer's habitual residence.
